**Job Description**
AECOM is looking for a dynamic Marketing & Business Development Manager for Latam to work with all our Business Lines around the region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving marketing and business development (BD) activities and sales, implementing communication, strategic growth initiatives and support the leadership for large pursuits for all our services in the Region.
The job includes a client and market facing role that identifies growth markets and opportunities while being in contact directly with key clients and Country Managers. It also includes working with Latam Vice President to track strategies on large or strategic pursuits and proposals.
This opportunity is best suited for a person with a natural drive and interest in sales, someone who enjoys speaking with clients and building relationships, a team player who has a proven track record in growing accounts by selling professional services.
Responsibilities
+ Work with the Latam Leadership team to grow the business in the region
+ Support other Countries when required for the crossed business development initiatives
+ Identify Environmental, Transportation, Energy, Water and PPM growth markets and opportunities supporting the Regional Business Line Managers.
+ Implement strategic growth initiatives aligns with the Country Managers and Business Line Managers
+ Meet with key clients to understand their changing needs and priorities and present information on AECOM professional services
+ Lead large and strategic pursuits/proposals – develop/support the winning strategy, respond to RFPs including cost proposal development
+ Lead strategic teaming discussions with other consultants, construction companies or service providers on larger bids
+ Report on Latam sales forecasts and pipeline within and beyond the region.
+ Tracking all the growth strategies for the Countries around the region and verify the compliance.
+ Verify that opportunities information is up to date in the Sales-Force platform.
+ Support Marketing events taking place in the Countries and Region according to the region strategy.
+ Develop content to keep the social media updated for the region with the support of all the Country Managers

Minimum requirements:
+ Degree in Engineering or Business Administration.
+ Master in Business Administration is valuable
+ Relevant experience in similar role for +8 years.
+ Ability to quickly grasp and understand market and industry issues and trends
+ Network: Experience in Client Management and relationship with consultant and constructors
+ Embracing the company brand and values
+ Bilingual in Spanish and English
+ Availability to travel
