We are currently recruiting for the role of **BIM Manager - Water** , this position is responsible for managing the implementation of BIM and Information Management on projects for Enterprise Capabilities. This position can be held in Madrid, Spain; Warszawa, Poland; and Voluntari, Romania.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

+ Engage and deliver BIM implementation on projects for global AECOM regions

+ Establish and administer the CDE and support the efficient management of project information from multiple stakeholders

+ Liaise with Project Leadership and coordinate and align BIM execution with the project’s delivery programme

+ Create and maintain BIM Execution Plans, Master Information Delivery Plans, and other project documents such as the Model Production Delivery Table or LOD matrices and the inputs needed prior to deadlines

+ Technical Support – establish data integrated workflows for Water projects and provide guidance and training to project teams.

+ BIM Technology – oversee the use of digital technology for design, collaboration, coordination, and delivery

+ Quality – lead quality assurance control procedures for BIM and create templates and reports for model check QAQC

+ Collaboration – be an ambassador for collaboration with other BIM / Information Management team members from different Enterprise Capabilities offices (Spain, Poland, India, South Africa, Romania, etc). drive consistency in standards and best practice approaches for BIM across regions

**Qualifications**

**Minimum Requirements**

+ Bachelor’s degree in related field of study, or a related discipline project execution or demonstrated equivalent combination of education, training, and related experience.

+ 6+ years of industry experience in the BIM and Digital Delivery field

+ Comprehensive knowledge of ISO 19650 framework and related BIM standards

+ Experience managing and delivering project information on multidisciplinary Water projects with geographically dispersed teams

+ Experience delivering BIM data from plant and piping design software such as any of the following: AutoCAD Plant 3D, Bentley Open Plant, Revit MEP, Civil 3D, or 12d in the context of the above

+ Experience working and administering a Common Data Environment such as Autodesk Construction Cloud or Bentley ProjectWise

+ Strong background in technical production of 3D and 2D model deliverables for Water projects, as well as civil structures and utilities

+ Demonstratable portfolio of BIM for Water projects

+ Communication - Fluent in English (oral and written), a team player and mentor, and exceptional interpersonal skills

+ Preferred Experience: International experience working with global project teams. Experience working on projects in any of the following: Australia, USA, Canada, UK and Ireland will be considered favourable.
