**About Enterprise Capabilities**
Enterprise Capabilities is a service-led organization within AECOM enabling access to a global talent pool. We are currently recruiting a **Graduate Engineer** who wants to develop his career designing **bridges and/or structures** , to join our busy and expanding experienced team. The team provides assessment, concept, feasibility, preliminary and detailed designs on a wide range of Projects, either as standalone bridge commissions or as part of multidisciplinary major projects. Our internal clients work for private and public sector and include long term Framework Agreements with numerous Local Authorities together with Design and Build commissions for many major Contractors. Our group has an established track record of successfully delivering bridge engineering design for many years, throughout t USA, Australia, Canada or Middle East. You may have the opportunity to work on some of the most iconic Transportation projects, being part of a diverse and multicultural team for the Europe Global Delivery Center (Poland/Spain).
**The responsibilities of this role include**
+ Work is accomplished autonomously on small projects or portions of larger projects supported by EC within established procedures and practices related to bridges and structures
+ Works on detailed or routine engineering assignments involving calculations and relatively simple tests
+ Performs structural engineering work in accordance with agreed upon budget and schedule with little supervision
+ Performs a self-check of work products prior to submitting to others and participates in quality control reviews of documentation originated by equally or less experienced staff
+ Prepares project deliverables that are reviewed by senior team members
**Minimum Requirements**
+ The candidate must be proactive, with exceptional interpersonal skills and personal resilience to working to strict timelines/different styles of leadership
+ Fluent in English (oral and written)
+ Skilled in engineering software for structures will be considered favourable.
**Qualifications**
+ Degree in Civil Engineering.
