**Job Description**

AECOM is seeking a **Digital Consultant** to support the growth of a new regional and global digital service delivery.

The Digital Consultant will report to the Digital Consultancy Director, Europe & India.As a member of the regional digital leadership team, you will work with professionals around the world to advance AECOM’s global digital strategies and priorities. The global digital team includes strategy, solution management, hosted services delivery, and consulting services delivery. The global digital leadership team works closely with our global digital capability center for digital engineering platforms and applications and the regional engineering and planning teams adopting digital solutions.The Digital Consultant will support the development and execution of digital strategies for our clients in the built environment. Supporting digital teams and consultancy delivery for our key clients and growing the service (i.e., revenue, margin, net promotor score).

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Support the development and building of client relationships

+ Connecting with Work Winning community and CAM’s on consultancy leads and tender opportunities and supporting wider strategic bids

+ Supporting pre-qualification, tender responses, and proposals

+ Supporting client pitches and showcasing of digital offerings

+ Engaging with clients on direct awards

+ Promoting the service offerings internally

+ Creating and showcasing case studies

+ Delivery of digital consultancy commissions

+ Project management support of digital consultancy commissions

+ Leading client workshops using a design thinking approach

+ Commoditizing consultancy deliverables as repeatable offeringsLessons learned – feeding knowledge from commissions back into the business to support future growth and opportunities

+ Supporting research on digital innovation – new technologies, processes, and start-ups to identify opportunities

**Qualifications**

+ Demonstrated experience in architecture / engineering services delivery, digital solution delivery and in work winning (for digital or technology practices, digital solutions)

+ Collaborative influencing skills

+ Ability to engage with clients and understand multi-dimensional problems

+ Ability to support delivery of consultancy commissions

+ Demonstrated innovation delivery

+ Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skillKnowledge of digital workflows

+ Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Information Management or Data Science

+ Membership of a professional AEC or IT institute
