**Job Description**
The role is to be as an architect assisting our project lead for a variety of sized jobs in varied sectors with KSA, primarily in the AlUla region. We require an Architect with minimum 10 years’ experience, to be either a senior or principal architect.
Preferable to have worked on Middle East projects previously and have experience of working in a multi-discipline team. Proven ability to lead a team of different disciplines, on complex projects.
Willingness to travel to KSA if required. Due to the nature of the work and time differences, the successful applicant must be willing to attend the occasional meeting out of hours and on a Sunday.
Knowledge of Revit and presentation software required.
Ability to lead projects, understand and control the commercial elements in addition to being a talented designer.
Location is flexible and can be in any of our hub locations, London, Manchester, Belfast or Birmingham.
+ Performing basic architectural/engineering calculations.
+ Preparing specifications, reports and related data tables.
+ Maintaining liaison with design and drafting groups.
+ Preparing, reviewing, and approving drawings as required.
+ Under the direction of the Supervising Architect, may independently perform advanced technical assignments of various complexities within approved schedules and budgets.
+ May coordinate technical and administrative activities with employees in other disciplines and other departments participating on an assigned project.
+ May assist in the training and evaluation of assigned architectural and design/drafting personnel.
**Qualifications**
+ Proven related Architecture experience.
+ Experience of working on projects, preferably including site experience.
+ Experience of both traditional and Design & Build projects.
+ Working knowledge of Building Systems, Regulations and construction types.
+ IT literate, with knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
+ Ability to manage a busy workload and deadlines.
