**Job Description**
The Senior Architecture Technician job responsibilities will include:
+ Responsible for providing architectural technical guidance, calculations, analysis, studies and recommendations for the healthcare and Science & Technology of the Architectural Discipline within the schedules and budget of an assigned project.
+ May manage various size groups of architects, designers and/or specialists.
+ May work on sizable to large projects and/or assist Project Architectural or Engineering Managers with higher grades.
+ Liaison with other departments, consultants, regulatory bodies and site teams;
+ Attending site and project meetings;
+ Role would include preparation and coordination of detailed design drawings from planning to construction stage;
+ Assist the co-ordination of planning and code submissions through to approval;
+ Manage Building Code including applications and discharges;
+ Working closely with the engineering team and being the expert on everything above the ground;
+ Liaise with contractors and specialist sub-contractors the delivery of
+ Develop staff in the technical delivery of projects.
Requirements:
+ Strong understanding of UK planning and building regulations;
+ Experience working on Healthcare and Science projects with knowledge of implementation of HBN & HTM guidance documents
+ Degree qualifies Architectural Technician (or equivalent);
+ Charted Member of CIAT (or equivalent)
+ Advanced Revit user essential, with Rhino interface and coordination beneficial
