(GBR-Nottingham) Site Technician/ Operative

**Job Description**

As a Site Technician you will be influential in the delivery of works on and off of site, you will receive training to be confident and competent in our established working practices to successfully deliver Site Investigations across the UK. The primary responsibilities for this role are as follows:

+ Act as a support driller within a team, assisting in the completion of boreholes across varying sites ranging from roads, rail, and development land

+ Assist in the completion of intrusive structural assessments. This will involve coring works and strength assessments into various structures including Buildings, Platforms, Bridges & Culverts.

+ Manage and participate in the day-to-day maintenance and pre use checks of all our Ground Investigation equipment required to deliver the works.

+ Communicate with clients, piers, and subcontractors to ensure safe onsite delivery of works.

+ Produce basic reports based on information gathered during the site works.

**Qualifications**

+ Full UK Driving licence.

+ Able to travel and stay away for short periods of time

+ Keen interest in working outdoors and fieldwork in general.

+ Happy to travel around the UK and occasionally outside of the UK (accommodation and expenses covered)
