We have an exciting 12-month fixed-term opportunity for a Strategy Clients & Marketing Lead to join the team. In this role, you will work across our Buildings + Places (B+P) business, working closely with the business line leadership team, and the broader strategy team as the advocate and leader for strategy, marketing and client strategies. The role can be fulfilled from Auckland, Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne.
To be successful in this role, it’s important to us that you can devise a strategy, but that you’re prepared to be hands-on and help deliver. You should be able to demonstrate that you have had success in a similar or related role, with good commercial outcomes. Building strong relationships and guiding senior leaders is essential in this role, so you’ll need to have strong interpersonal skills. You will be able to translate theory into action, and coordinate across a diverse group of stakeholders to promote excellence and augment various strategies.
Technically, you should have experience in designing and delivering marketing campaigns, and experience in supporting the development and execution of business strategy. When it’s needed, you will use your influencing skills to gain support for ideas. We’re a multi-faceted, complex organisation working across geographies and service lines, so you’ll need to prove that you can manage in this kind of environment. **About the role**
As Strategy, Clients & Marketing Lead, you will work closely with our B+P leadership team and the Australian New Zealand marketing team to support the execution of our B+P business strategy and deliver the B+P marketing plan. Working with the highly collaborative Clients & Marketing team, you will help plan and deliver high-impact marketing campaigns and innovative marketing approaches that ensure we have enduring engagement and relationships in the market.

+ Assist in developing and implementing the growth strategy for the B+P business line
+ Work with leaders and regional B+P marketing advisors to execute the ANZ marketing plan, driving the positioning and profiling of the business aligned with the ANZ B+P strategy.
+ Identify and execute relevant brand profiling activities, including significant client events and conferences, key sponsorships and partnerships, and major awards.
+ Lead and actively support the development of key client plans and client growth initiatives.
+ Work with the B+P leadership team to identify new opportunities and drive positioning activities for major pursuits.
+ Manage the monthly strategy reporting for the business line.
**Qualifications**
+ Degree-qualified in marketing or similar discipline
+ 10+ years’ experience in a B2B or professional services environment with demonstrated success in a similar or related role
+ Demonstrated ability to work in a complex environment and use influencing skills to drive initiatives
+ Strategic style thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills communication
