**Job Description**
**Describe the Position**
+ To be a team player in the Water department, with part of the position dedicated to project management and contract execution from execution coordination perspective
+ Focused on design and service and working together with other members in the team to provide the professional support on design and service.
**The essential functions and major activities**
+ Primary technical contact point for design and service to the client.
+ Understands the design and service needs and requirements, and makes suggestions that best fit the client’s needs and budget.
+ Review client documents and give options on the client inquiry.
+ Responsible for process selection, and for the pricing and preparation of technical specification/ proposal in a timely manner.
+ Responsible to understand and collect all relevant technical data and specifications so that the team can propose a suitable solution.
+ Understand the progress of the projects to give input from the client’s point of view, particularly in respect to communications from the clients and their needs.
+ Technical training for internal team and clients, where required.
+ Other duties and responsibilities assigned.
**Qualifications**
Education: Bachelor Degree, B.S. in Environmental, Chemical, Mechanical and Civil Engineering preferred.
Experience: Minimum 6 years in Water & Wastewater business area
Excellent PC skills including, but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
English: fluent at speaking and writing.
