**Job Description**
**AECOM** is seeking an Administrative Intern to be based in our Denver, CO office.
_This position is expected to begin in May or June 2023._

Job Responsibilities include, but may not be limited to:
+ Completing expense reports, travel plans, ordering office supplies, scheduling/coordinating meetings with meal orders, formatting reports, and other administrative tasks.

**Qualifications**
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Currently enrolled in a college program or technical school.
+ Must have completed one year of study.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Working knowledge of general office equipment.
+ Must be proficient with basic computer programs (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams).
+ Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, motivated/self-starter, detail-oriented.
+ Comfortable with routinely shifting demands and able to reprioritize tasks regularly based on need.
+ Enjoy working with a variety of personality types and experience levels.
+ Valid Driver’s License preferred.

+ Offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The hourly range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00.

+ This role will be 32-40 hours per week in-office (no remote/hybrid). This role is anticipated to follow a traditional summer internship schedule; however, there is potential for this role to last through the fall semester if intern’s schedule permits.
