**Job Description**
AECOM has a position available for a **Senior Implementation Specialist to join our Digital EHS Practice.** This position supports both technical and client facing roles providing implementation, configuration, guidance, and support. A successful candidate will have a passion for EHS, ESG and sustainability while demonstrating strong technical skills and a desire to learn and adopt new technologies to meet project requirements. The position also requires work in both self-directed and team-based collaboration scenarios where critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential. **This position is 100% remote.**
**Job Summary**
+ Coordinate and lead technical implementation of projects of varying complexity.
+ Manage complex configuration and/or implementation across multiple modules in Cority
+ Lead requirements gathering, run gap analysis workshops and multi-module demonstrations.
+ Identify innovative solutions for client requirements.
+ Routinely engage with clients to identify risks and provide status updates.
+ Work with vendors on bugs and enhancement requests.
+ Support training to and oversight of work being performed by junior technical staff.
+ Works with clients on EHS requirements and workflows.
+ Flexible work location.
**Qualifications**
**Minimum Requirements**
+ BA/BS and 8+ years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
+ Experienced in **Cority** **configuration** , including new client onboarding, system configuration, and reporting required
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, STEM degrees or a related field is preferred
+ Business analysis experience and/or certification
+ Knowledge of agile and waterfall methodologies
+ Experience with EHS software solutions besides Cority
