**Job Description**

**AECOM Hunt** is seeking a highly talented Senior Construction Superintendent possessing a strong MEP background to join our Hunt Construction group. This position will be supporting our Indianapolis, Indiana area client project site. Anticipated hire date will be in the Spring of 2023.

**Job Summary:**

Responsible for the organization, direction, supervision and coordination of construction activities on a construction project site as delineated in the applicable project execution procedures, site specific safety plan and project execution plan.

**Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:**

* Accountable and overall responsibility for on-site administrative and technical management for a wide range of construction projects.

* Leads, directs and manages the entire direction of construction and related activities within assigned area of responsibility, which may be a single area, multi-area or a multi-discipline construction project.

* Primary Liaison with client for day to day activities and long term operations.

* Communicates and directs through other superintendents changes or modification of jobsite activities within assigned area of operations.

* Accountable for compliance with design/specifications, completion on schedule, within budget and to quality standards.

* Primary interface and engagement with Project Executive and manager group to coordinate efforts.

**Qualifications**

**Minimum Requirement:**

+ BA/BS + 10 years of relevant MEP construction experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

**Preferred Qualification:**

+ Industrial construction experience

+ Valid Driver’s License to operate an AECOM provided motor vehicle on construction project site(s) to support project tasks assignments and scope of work. For positions with driving responsibilities, Motor Vehicle Records are reviewed as part of AECOM’s background check process to ensure compliance with the Company’s driving standards.
