**AECOM is seeking a Field Project Administrator to be located in New York, NY.**
+ Manages documents throughout all phases of a project.
+ Maintains project directory.
+ Maintains and files reproduced document originals, as well as revisions for easy retrieval.
+ Develops project-specific filing structure and document control procedures, including implementing into required electronic document management systems (EDMS).
+ Records and stores photographs.
+ Under general supervision, performs general duties that are often routine and repetitive.
+ Under general supervision, interacts with professional/technical staff to accomplish assigned objectives.
+ Requires limited exercise of judgment.
+ Receives guidance on new aspects of assignments.
+ HS Diploma plus 2 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and or education.
+ Coordinates all phases of the construction project such as bid packages, bid awards, procurement scheduling, deliveries, billing, supplies, and is liaison of communication between architecture, designers, field engineers, suppliers, vendors, etc… Ensures that goals are met for timeliness, accuracy, quality, and pricing.

Offered rate of compensation (NY locations only) will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position is $68,000 - $107,000.
