**Job Description**

**AECOM** has a position available for a Materials Management Manager to join our growing Energy Business Line supporting large multi-year projects as part of the program and construction management team. The projects include grid modernization, transportation electrification, renewable fuels, emerging markets in hydrogen and carbon capture, microgrids, solar and battery storage, and other energy projects.

AECOM is pursuing projects in the industrial, municipal, defense, and commercial market segments. AECOM offers the freedom and flexibility to work remotely and/or be located at a variety of Energy offices located in multiple locations across the United States.

AECOM’s Energy practice provides a wide range of services from consulting and engineering design to energy engineering, energy procurement and construction (EPC) for power, energy efficiency, and renewable energy clients.

The responsibilities for the position include but are not limited to:

+ Provide management to subcontract coordination, equipment and materials team leads, and SCM data controls within the project.

+ Develop project specific equipment and inventory storage and control strategies in conjunction with the Divisional Supply Chain Manager.

+ Leads the equipment and small tools requirement planning process for the static and dynamic phases of a project.

**Qualifications**

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

+ BA/BS + 8 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

+ Valid Driver's License with a good driving record

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction from ABET accredited college or university or demonstrated equivalent combination of education, training, and related experience

+ 8+ years of relevant experience in construction management in the engineering or construction industry.

+ Familiarity with the NY Geographic Region

+ Relevant Field Experience preferred

+ Success in working with remote teams

Exempt Position: Offered rate of compensation (NY locations only) will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000.
