AECOM Tishman is seeking a Project Accounting Administrator in New York, NY

**AECOM is seeking a** **Project Accounting Administrator** **to be based in New York, NY.**

_This position is expected to begin in_ June 1, 2023

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

* Supports moderately complex project(s), working under general supervision.

* The incumbent prepares various financial reports and provides analysis and recommendations based on findings.

* This level requires a proven ability to apply professional concepts in a productive, consistent manner.

* Maintains records according to generally accepted accounting practices.

* Performs audits and generates special financial reports as needed.

* The incumbent reviews projects for accurate revenue recognition and provides project analysis and recommendations based on findings.

**Qualifications**

**Minimum Requirements**

+ HS Diploma + two years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of education and/or education

+ Due to the nature of work, US citizen is required

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Capable of using spreadsheet, word processing and standard office software

+ Knowledge of industry standard computer software for the position (examples include software such as Microsoft Office, CADD, HCS, AutoCAD, MicroStation, GIS)

+ Non-Exempt Position: Offered rate of compensation (NYC locations only) will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The hourly range for this position is $23.23-$40.65
