**Job Description**

**AECOM Hunt** is seeking to hire a Safety, Health and Environmental Supervisor for our ongoing projects in Nashville, TN.

+ Under minimal supervision, manages, develops and implements ES&H programs.

+ Supervises Environmental Safety and Health Specialists assigned to the same project(s).

+ Performs work, which involves a variety of functions that require a broad range of expertise and excellent communication skills.

+ May be responsible for an ES&H program on a large, specialized, complex project or multiple projects.

**Qualifications**

**Minimum Requirements:**

+ BA/BS Safety and 6 years of relevant experience in construction safety or AA/AS and 8years of experience in construction safety or HS/GED + 10 years of experience in construction safety.

+ CHST (Certified Health & Safety Technician) designation.

**Preferred Requirements:**

+ Experience in the administration of Construction Safety programs such as: OSHA 30, OSHA 10, Mobile Elevated Work Platforms, Forklifts, Fall Protection, Rigging/Signaling, PPE, Hazard Communication (GHS), Cause Mapping/Cause Analysis, Deconstruction/Demo, Lead & Asbestos Abatement, Ladder Training, Scaffolding Training.

+ 10 years of experience in construction safety/operations.

+ Experience in the administration of Safety programs for high rise construction.

+ Experience with active hazard analysis.

+ Experience leading safety related teams.

+ Knowledgeable of various construction trades/skills.

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)

+ Valid Driver’s License to operate an AECOM provided motor vehicle on construction project site(s) to support project tasks assignments and scope of work. For positions with driving responsibilities, Motor Vehicle Records are reviewed as part of AECOM’s background check process to ensure compliance with the Company’s driving standards.
