**Job Description**

AECOM Colombia busca un Profesional Socio-Economico Senior para apoyar a varios proyectos dentro del equipo de Servicios Ambienmtales.

La funciones principales son:

+ Disponible para prestar sus servicios en campo en el Departamento de Cesar; mediante turnos, para conformar un equipo interdisciplinario de interventoría.

+ Revisión, evaluación, análisis y emisión de conceptos sobre procesos de co-construcción de proyectos productivos para unidades sociales.

+ Seguimiento en la implementación de proyectos productivos y emisión de alertas tempranas en relación con riesgos durante el proceso.

+ Elaboración de informes mensuales, trimestrales y anuales en el área de su especialidad, y emisión de conceptos técnicos cuando sean requeridos.

+ Realizar inspecciones de campo a los proyectos productivos implementados y participar como interventor en los procesos de co-construcción.

+ Participación en reuniones técnicas con operadores, clientes y en comités técnicos con comunidades y diversas autoridades.

+ Disponibilidad para viajar a Bogotá u otras ciudades cuando las necesidades del proyecto así lo requieran.

**Qualifications**

+ Experiencia de más de 15 años en la formulación, implementación, seguimiento y evaluación de proyectos incluyendo los componentes ambientales, sociales y económicos tanto en el sector privado y con instituciones de cooperación internacional.

+ Experiencia comprobada en el fortalecimiento de las capacidades de las familias y las comunidades en la generación de ingresos y restablecimiento de medios de vida mediante proyectos de carácter industrial, agricultura, comercio y servicios.

+ Experiencia en el componente económico de más de tres años en labores de interventoría para proyectos de reasentamiento de comunidades humanas."

+ Experiencia en la formulación elaboración de planes de negocios, sistemas productivos, estudios financieros y de mercado, asistencia técnica y generación de seguridad alimentaria.

+ Experiencia en la elaboración de planes de negocio para proyectos productivos con el modelo Canvas, conocimientos ofimáticos, habilidades comunicativas, buena redacción, con facilidad para trabajar en equipos interdisciplinarios.
