Next, we’re going to think more about your unique strengths. When you understand what these are, you can use them to supercharge your interview preparation strategy and how you feel.
Apart from knowing which skills are your strengths such as drawing, sketching and software, it's also important to understand your personal skills such as communication and interpersonal skills.
The tool I use most often with my students is the VIA Character Strengths Survey.
