Now you're at the end of this course, you might be slightly overwhelmed with the amount of information presented to you. You know what I would do? Create a Notion page to write notes of your own that help you understand what's important to you.
Building an Archi Brain is only useful if you implement it. It doesn't need to be the exact same as what's been suggested - there's many different tutorials, templates and blogs out there to provide you with alternatives. But the best thing about Notion and this second brain concept is that you have the power to create it according to your needs and preferences.
To summarise, we've learnt the usefulness of a digital workspace tool, understood the methodology and systems and explored the applications of this system in architectural education. But it doesn't need to stop there. As I said before, it's not a quick fix or a factory cut template. You need time to develop and experiment to make it your own.
If you've only skimmed the content so far that's fine - use this as a resource that you can go back to and keep working on but bear in mind that your Archi Brain is all about the long-term benefits. I know we can get slightly impatient especiaslly when we are talking about relying on a tool to help us with workflow, organisation and other skills.
The best next steps would be to:
Figure out your use-case. Are you a first year student or are you about to complete your masters? Are you a content creator wanting to set up a system that allows you to manage your creating side with your other responsibilites? Each one of these cases will have different applications or uses for the Archi Brain but the methods behind them are the same.
Experiment as much as you can. When I started using Notion, I picked out as many of the pre-set templates as I could. Although I don't use them now, it was a good way to understand how Notion works and what I can replicate to work for me. Same thing applies for other tools. If you try to go in at it without understanding how it works, you'll soon be put off. So watch some tutorials and basics to get you started.
Take it slowly. There are still many aspects of Notion I've not yet explored. There are probably better ways of doing things the way I do, but that doesn't mean it doesn't work. Over time, as your habits and workflows evolve and adapt so will your Archi Brain.
