301 Island Dr. is a project in a 12,000 sq.ft. site and of around 5,600 sq.ft. under A/C. This project was requested by a Key Biscayne developer. This house has a high spatial quality because it envelops a central space with three trees from which of them, two are inside of a double-height space that forms the entry foyer. Which works to divide social activities between public and private. On one side, kitchen, family entertainment areas, and guest bedroom can be found. On the other side, visitor areas such as a special dining room and living room can be found. All these spaces live towards a great outdoor covered terrace that includes a wooden pool deck and a big and comfortable pool with gazebo included. This house is divided into two volumes which are unified by bridges that connect the master bedroom from the rest of the bedrooms. It has an intermediate bedroom where the maid room and laundry are available.

The structure is done in concrete, steel and wood and the exterior finish is stucco, stucco reveals and wood.
The house has two stairs: one main stair which is mainly used by the residents of the house, and the other one, a secondary stairs which connects the second floor directly with the gazebo and pool areas. All interior railings are tempered glass and exterior railings in aluminum. The house has five bedrooms, a master bedroom plus a guest bedroom, all with complete bathroom included.
