The purpose of the role will be to provide assistance with all day-to-day P&T operational duties and administrative tasks at ZHA. In this role, you will work closely with a P&T Advisor to provide a great service to your allocated section of the business. You will work with a supportive and friendly team of 7 HR professionals, helping to drive new initiatives during an exciting time of change for the business. Your main areas of responsibility will be: Acting as the first point of contact for all People-related queries Owning all P&T administration processes and procedures Providing a professional and efficient administrative assistance through the full employee lifecycle, including producing and issuing contracts, assisting with the on-boarding process, any ad-hoc changes and leavers administration Maintaining allemployee records Managing the P&T inbox Assisting with employee benefits, answering queries and working with external benefits providers Providing support with recruitment, including coordinating interviews and liaising with candidates Working alongside the P&T Advisors to organise internships and work experiences Lending administrative support to the wider People & Talent team Supporting the monthly payroll processes Supporting projects including pay reviews, promotions, and appraisals About you : It is essential for the right candidate to have a keen eye for detail and take ownership over delivering accurate work You are flexible which allows you to manage multiple changing requests and priorities You enjoy working in a team and are able to organise your tasks efficiently You are a clear communicator with both your team members and the wider team Strong IT skills, proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, preferably with experience of HR database and reporting Ability to maintain confidentiality is very important to us so, you will be someone who can operate discreetly CIPD qualification (Level 3 or 5) is helpful but not required Apply Now Print Back To Search Results
