Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Manager

Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Manager ZGF is seeking an Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Manager to join our team in the Portland office. This role will be primarily responsible for all of ZGF’s AR and AP activities across this centralized shared service function. The ideal candidate will have experience with driving automation and process efficiencies, and an interest in new digital tools and methods, while having an appreciation for current best practices.As an AP/AR Manager, you will…Manage the Accounts Payable team (i.e., coordinate priorities, schedules, training, etc.).Objectively look beyond current policies and practices to continually find potential cost savings and/or efficiencies with improved policies, processes, business practices, etc.Oversee all aspects of the payment process including invoice processing, check/ digital payments, credit card program, and expense management. Serve as the Firmwide resource for Concur Expense.Supervise the processing of payables by AP Lead and Assistant, ensuring that expenses are being properly recorded and classified in accordance with FAR and company policy.Represent the AP and AR functions in digital transformation initiatives.Manage Accounts Receivable including cash applications, monitoring and reporting on unbilled receivables and aging accounts receivable, and support of collection efforts.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred.5+ years of Accounts Payable experience.Prior supervisory experience overseeing AP and AR processes.Broad experience in general accounting procedures and best practices.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and Bluebeam.Advanced knowledge of Concur Management software is highly preferred.Experience working with Deltek Vision is a plus.Ability to learn new business software easily and quickly.
