Duties:
- Serves as liaison between department and offices.
- Provide assistance to staff, managers, and senior-level officers as required.
- Perform clerical duties, such as filing, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
- Receive and forward communications to different staff, departments, and external parties.
- Directs administrative productivity in accordance with management directives.
- Serves as a primary point of direct administrative contact and liaison with other offices, individuals, and external institutions and agencies on a range of specified issues; organizes and facilitates meetings, conferences, and other special events, as required.
- Manage and coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, transportation, visa applications, and other logistics for Executives and Directors.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Effective communication and written skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Critical and analytical thinking abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
