Provide assistance to staff, managers, and senior-level officers as required.
Perform clerical duties, such as filing, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
Receive and forward communications to different staff, departments, and external parties.
Directs administrative productivity in accordance with management directives.
Serves as a primary point of direct administrative contact and liaison with other offices, individuals, and external institutions and agencies on a range of specified issues; organizes and facilitates meetings, conferences, and other special events, as required.
Manage and coordinate travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, transportation, visa applications, and other logistics for Executives and Directors.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Effective communication and written skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in MS Office.
Effective mathematical abilities and knowledge of financial concepts.
