Our office in Vancouver is looking for an Architectural Co-op Student to join our Living+ Team. In this role, you will be a part of the design team for a very well established Architecture group.Responsibilities:Work under the direct supervision of a senior staff member(s) or a partnerWork on various stages of current high rise residential or living + & mixed-use projectsAssist with putting together presentations materials for ClientsAssist with the preparation of Construction Drawings, Working Drawings, Construction DetailingExperience working on Schematic, Design and Construction drawing sets is ideal.Proficient with REVIT within a workplace setting. AutoCAD is considered an asset.Knowledge of various drawing software (AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion).Ability to create Revit families and strong technical detailing skills are considered an asset.Ability to interpret and apply the OBC– experience considered an assetMay participate in site visits to the various locations to document and verify measurementsAbility to take initiative, work in a fast-paced environment and have effective time-management skills a must.Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Excellent written and oral communication skills Strong time management and organizational skills Additional InformationAs part of Arcadis IBI Group's selection process, candidates may be requested to consent to background checks relevant to the role under consideration for, prior to receiving a job offer (as applicable under state law).
