The Architectural Graduate will assist PMs and project team for multiple project tasks including but not limited to design development, construction documentation and construction admin phase. Role Responsibilities:Prepare design and working drawings for a variety of projects in RevitPrepare documents through Design Development, Building Permit and TenderAssist with feasibility studiesWork closely with the Project Architect and the project teamCoordinate with other architectural and engineering disciplines as well as external consultants to prepare high quality coordinated documentsWork on multiple projects at the same timeKeep up to date on construction practices, products, codes, and technologiesQualifications and Experience:Graduate from a recognized Architectural Graduate Program (Bachelor or Masters degree) or Architectural Technologist Program (Diploma)5+ years experience in an architectural firm working on high-rise residential projects preferredExperience running working drawing and Contract Administration phases preferredProficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and SketchUpExcellent oral and written communication skillsWell organized with good interpersonal skillsPlease submit your resume/CV and portfolio with your applicationThe salary range for this position is $70,000 to $75,000 per year commensurate with experience.Additional InformationWhy Arcadis?We can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
