People and communities thrive when the spaces in which they live, work, move and play are designed and managed in a way that best meets their needs.Role Responsibilities:As a Civil Engineer (EIT) or Project Designer, your role accountabilities will include:Work directly with a project manager to assist with the completion of construction documents for site development, water resources, and/or civil projectsPreparation of construction documents, calculations, and reports for public or private clients Experience with single site and municipal type projects.Experience with the development of construction documents for public sector clients including cities/counties/water districts etc.Assist the design effort of public infrastructure roads, sidewalk, stormwater and utility improvements Assist the design effort of subdivision master plans, grading plans, and utility plans for new developments and redevelopmentsAbility to develop and mentor staff Proficient skills with AutoCAD Civil 3D software Working with municipalities on permits Qualifications and Experience:Civil EIT or Civil Designer3+ years experience specifically in the Civil/Land Development sectorProficient skills with AutoCAD Civil 3D software.
