Discover It!Most of the Things You’ll Work On: Provide excellent and timely customer service to internal and external staff via telephone, e-mail or in-personProcess shipments and coordinate pick-ups for time sensitive materials for internal clientsSchedule boardroom bookings and order catering for Client meetingsSet up and clear coffee/beverages/catering for Client meetings and eventsPhotocopy, print, scan and bind reports for all departments Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail and packagesProvide front desk concierge for incoming guests Ensure boardrooms, copy rooms and kitchens are tidy, organized and stockedYou'll Need To Have:2-3 years of previous experience in customer service and/or related industry experiencePossess a positive, energetic and professional attitude Excellent planning and prioritizing skills and the ability to meet stringent deadlinesDemonstrate strong attention to detail and high level of accuracyExcellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to correspond in a professional and tactful mannerAbility to deal with confidential information and documentsProficient with Microsoft Office and OutlookStrong ability to multi-task and good time managementExcellent problem-solving, consulting and facilitation skills – be proactive!Flexible and able to adapt to well to different situationsWork well independently as well as within a team environment Additional Information Why you should work for Arcadis IBI Group :Office space:The office is steps away from St. Clair station and is easily accessible by bike, TTC and car.
