The ideal candidate will collaborate with a diverse and creative team dedicated to excellence in design and innovative problem solving, with technical experience, and a drive to succeed. You will also be part of a sought-after culture that supports dynamic career advancement and prizes work/life balance.Role Responsibilities:Comfortable working as a PA at the front end of a project (Entitlements onwards)Initiates, coordinates, and manages the documentation process in Revit &/or CAD for medium to large scale mixed-use projectsEnsures the technical integrity of documents using knowledge of applicable codesand standardsPerform analytical tasksInitiates and manages documentation standardsCollaborates with the design team to develop constructible solutionsCollaborates and coordinates multiple consultants to ensure design and documentation meet project expectationsQualifications and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Architecture10+ years of Architecture Experience5+ years' experience as a Project Architect for medium - large scale, mixed-use projects (Renovation and Ground up)Experience on tower, podium or wrap multifamily residential, hotel & retail typologies (California preferred)Experience with Type 1 through Type 3 construction practicesAdvanced proficiency in REVIT, SketchUp, RhinoLicensed Architect preferredLEED accreditation preferredStrong verbal and written communicationOrganized, detail-oriented and self-starterThe salary range for this position is $ 95, 000 - $115, 000 year.Additional InformationWe can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
