Manage/prioritize project activities, ensuring a high level of service and support to the client(s)Schedule/lead team meetings; coordinate with all disciplines to ensure project milestones/deadlines are being metDocument and manage team efforts, budgets, cost controls, and schedulesActively participate in quality reviews throughout the project; ensure reviews are conducted per the project planAddress issues as they arise, escalate as needed to ensure timely resolutionMonitor/manage budgets; proactively negotiate with client as scope/budget changes occurWork closely with Project Accountant(s) to ensure timely client billings; review/revise/return invoices monthly to meet internal timelinesCommunicate project financial performance data with the teamParticipate in construction administration, including submittals, RFI’s, supplementary instructions, OAC meetings, and project closeoutMaintain effective dialogue with regulatory bodies and standards organizationsForge favorable relationships with clients and their staff through regular meetings; stay informed of their business needs, future projectsExpand business with existing clients, participate in new business development through personal and new client contactsRemain current on industry trends and make recommendations on significant issues; provide input to the marketing and operational planQualifications and Experience:Bachelor and/or Master of Architecture DegreeLicensed Architect15 years of relevant experienceStrong knowledge in Contract Administration and CA documentation is requiredStrong interpersonal communication skills required, both written and verbalExperience leading a project team, able to support members in achieving business objectives and providing exemplary customer serviceAbility to foster a cohesive team environment within assigned projects and across the organization as a wholeProficient in Microsoft Office suite Autocad and Revit requiredAdditional InformationWe can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
