Arcadis IBI Group is looking for a mid-level Project Manager who is a detail oriented, dynamic, problem solver that thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively deal with conflicting demands. This individual will manage the delivery of projects to meet time, quality, budgetary and health and safety targets. The successful candidate will manage all aspects of the client relationship so that delivery meets or exceeds client expectations. Initial focus of the role will be on a large-scale P3 transit project.The Things You'll be Responsible for:Lead Stakeholder Engagement activities and support project leads and key project staff in areas such as:Project management and project and document controls supportBuilding and managing stakeholder relationships with key stakeholder groups including municipalities, provincial agencies, transit agencies, utilities etcStakeholder engagement and communications support tasks including:Develop and implement stakeholder engagement plans and tactical delivery plans Create, populate, and manage core project documents and templates including, sign- off forms, meeting agendas and minutesCommunicate stakeholder requirements across multidisciplinary technical teams (client and internal project)Monitor, analyze and action feedback from stakeholdersTrack, coordinate and manage project tasks to support the clients and team leadPlan and facilitate workshops, working groups, meetings and focus groups that may be delivered in person, virtual and/or using hybrid methodsMaintaining an overview of the commercial aspects of the project (contract, invoicing, debt, client managementSupport change management activities on projects as they arise, including but not limited to, development of change management strategies, plans and tacticsSupport operational readiness activities on projects as they ariseEnsuring you are familiar and compliant with Health and Safety regulations and guidelines You Need to Have:Bachelor’s University Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited universityPMP and/or CCMP or Prosci certifications advantageous8+ years’ experience in a change management, business process management, operational readiness and/or stakeholder engagement role; ideally working in a complex environmentExperience managing client relationshipsExperience facilitating and managing virtual/hybrid meetings and using the relevant applicationsProficiency in all Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams etc. Previous experience with MS Project is advantageousPrevious work within a consulting environment is preferredKnowledge of the transit, transportation, urban planning sector is advantageousMust be able to work with minimal supervision within a fast-paced, technical, project environmentMust have strong verbal and written communication skillsMust be flexible for work remotely, and on-site at Arcadis IBI and client offices as neededAdditional InformationWhy you should work for Arcadis IBI Group :Our employees will find a design environment where collaboration is at the core of the business.
