Most of the things you’ll work on:Coordinating proposals and working with the proposal leads, professional technical staff, and marketing/graphics team to prepare proposals which includes collecting, analyzing, and producing editorial oversight for business related information, writing and editing proposal documents;Acting as the primary point of contact during the proposal process, creating a submission schedule for the proposal team in regard to communications and reminders on internal proposal deliverables and deadlines;Contributing to the generation, collection, dissemination and storage of proposal-related information, and analyzing in-bound proposal requests (such as RFQ, RFP, EOI, etc.) to help prepare responses;Coordinating team members and implementing internal deadlines to complete proposal forms, resume alterations, additional information from subcontractors, etc. to meet the proposal due date;Facilitating and participating in marketing/proposal strategy sessions and debriefs;Maintaining and updating CRM and content library with high quality content; andAssisting and supporting the local Marketing Manager in marketing functions as needed including: maintaining a variety of tracking documents, writing project descriptions, office communications, and supporting speaking engagements and presentations.What we are looking for:1-3 years experience in the local AEC Industry is preferred;Post-Secondary Degree in English, Marketing, Communications or other relevant discipline;Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills (technical/proposal writing would be a definite asset);Proficiency of Microsoft Office as well as Adobe Creative Suite – specifically InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator would be an asset;Ability to read an RFP and respond to key requirements;Ability to work with diverse professionals and varying technical disciplines;Accountable and able to take ownership over work;Strong organization skills with great attention to detail;Clear communication (written and verbal) with all levels of the business;Strong project and time management skills;Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and composure; andA quick learner with the desire to continually learn and grow.Additional Information Why you should work for Arcadis IBI Group :Why work with us:Our PNW marketing team hosts both virtual and in-person socials and meet daily virtually to foster a positive team dynamic.
