Arcadis is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Mobility Global Business Area (GBA). You will manage the delivery of projects to meet time, quality, budgetary and health and safety targets. You will manage all aspects of the client relationship so that delivery meets or exceeds client expectations. Initial focus of the role will be on a large-scale P3 transit project.Lead Stakeholder Engagement activities and support project leads and key project staff in areas such as:Project management and project and document controls supportBuilding and managing stakeholder relationships with key stakeholder groups including municipalities, provincial agencies, transit agencies, utilities etcStakeholder engagement and communications support tasks including:Develop and implement stakeholder engagement plans and tactical delivery plansCreate, populate, and manage core project documents and templates including, sign- off forms, meeting agendas and minutesCommunicate stakeholder requirements across multidisciplinary technical teams (client and internal project)Monitor, analyze and action feedback from stakeholdersTrack, coordinate and manage project tasks to support the clients and team leadPlan and facilitate workshops, working groups, meetings and focus groups that may be delivered in person, virtual and/or using hybrid methodsMaintaining an overview of the commercial aspects of the project (contract, invoicing, debt, client managementSupport change management activities on projects as they arise, including but not limited to, development of change management strategies, plans and tacticsSupport operational readiness activities on projects as they ariseEnsuring you are familiar and compliant with Health and Safety regulations and guidelinesRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s University Degree in Engineering from an accredited university8+ years’ experience in a change management, business process management, operational readiness and/or stakeholder engagement role; ideally working in a complex environmentExperience managing client relationshipsPreferred Qualifications: PMP and/or CCMP or Prosci certificationsPrevious work within a consulting environmentKnowledge of the transit, transportation, urban planning sector Additional InformationWhy Arcadis?We can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
