We are currently seeking a full-time Software Application Support Specialist, with some experience with public cloud environments – AWS or Azure and SQL databases. This position will be based out of our Boca Raton, Florida office. The applicant should be self-motivated and able to take initiative in a dynamic environment. Candidates are expected to have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and should be able to work independently or as part of a team.As part of our Programme and Project Management team, you’ll help deliver some of the biggest, most iconic projects imaginable, with some of the best talent around. With your energy, agility and a keen eye for detail, you’ll deliver transformational outcomes for multiple clients every day.Role accountabilities:Install and uninstall various softwareAudit applications, including users and dataTrack and route problems and requests, and document resolutionsResearch questions using available information resources and advise users on appropriate actionDiagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issuesRecommend solutions to business software/hardware system problemsWork on multiple phases of projects independently and coordinate activities with the software development team to resolve technical and/or business issuesGather business requirements for developing enhancements to support business processesStay up to date with system information, changes and updatesCreate test scripts and participate in testing new application changes and new software releasesAssist in the implementation of all application enhancementsTrack company licenses and process renewals or purchases of new softwareUpdate end-user support documentationQualifications and Experience: 4-year Bachelor’s Degree3-5 years of information systems or software experienceKnowledge of SQL, ability to write queries and scripts preferredContinuous Integration and Continuous Delivery pipeline experience preferredCurrently (already) eligible to work in Florida (US Citizen or Permanent Resident)Additional InformationWhy Arcadis?We can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
