Who We're Looking For We are looking for a talented and experienced senior software developer to play a critical role in the delivery of world class tolling and revenue software systems to clients in North America and overseas. Most of the things you'll work on:Work with software developers, project managers and clients to produce, enhance and maintain customer service websites and mobile appsTechnical leadership within the team in the creation and evolution of complex production software systems with a particular focus on web and mobileWork collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team consisting of developers, project managers, testersParticipate in technology stack evaluations and design decisionsDrive continuous improvement on the team in the areas of quality, efficiency and operational excellence and foster a culture of trust and accountabilityParticipate in aid in continuous improvements of existing standards and best practicesConsistently explore new technologies that can be applied to our domainParticipate in team management activities and sprint/project planningYou’ll need to have 7-10 years experience in software development Solid experience and understanding of all things C# and .NETExperience with SQL and/or Oracle specificallyExperience with Angular or other front-end frameworksDemonstrated ability to achieve goals in an innovative and fast paced environmentA solid understanding of software development and deployment principlesExcellent communication/interpersonal skillsHigh levels of initiative and resourcefulness/creative thinkingDemonstrable experience in implementing continuous improvement initiativesYou know that:All approaches to software/technology have their benefits and drawbacksAgile approaches to software development are excellent and should be applied to situations that warrant themPeople and teams are the key to all software projectsYou are passionate about technologyWould be great if you had:Diploma or degree in a technology related fieldExperience in a consulting or agency settingDevelopment experience in PHPDevelopment experience in Vue.js, React.js Additional InformationWhy you should work for Arcadis IBI Group :Our employees will find a design environment where collaboration is at the core of the business.
