People and communities thrive when the spaces in which they live, work, move and play are designed and managed in a way that best meets their needs.Role accountabilities: GPS and total station (robotic) equipmentSurvey software and data collection techniquesTake and keep accurate field notesBoundary resolution, preparation of ROW plans, easements, plats, and other instruments for property transferSurvey layout for various projects related to land development Implement existing procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy AutoCAD and/or MicrostationDrone technology, scanning, and GIS data collection/manipulationQualifications and Experience: Classwork knowledge of survey techniques for topographic, boundary and construction surveying – preferred not requiredPossess a valid drivers’ licenseSome travel may be requiredExperience preferred but not required Additional InformationWe can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best.
