The Role
As an Architect with this practice, you’ll lead design efforts, work collaboratively with senior architects, and manage client relationships to ensure project excellence. You’ll coordinate across various disciplines, ensuring seamless execution while leveraging your technical and creative skills to contribute to innovative project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead design and documentation phases, coordinating closely with senior colleagues and project stakeholders.
Apply your technical knowledge in construction techniques to enhance project quality.
Manage client relationships to maintain a high standard of service delivery.
Collaborate with other design disciplines for integrated project solutions.
Use CAD, Revit, and other IT tools to optimize project workflows and ensure quality.
Ensure compliance with statutory and contractual standards.
Participate in site visits and engage in continuous professional development.
Qualifications and Experience
Architect: RIBA Part 3, ARB Registration, with 4+ years' experience in architecture.
Technician: BArch, BTEC, HND, with 4-10 years' experience.
Designer: Recognized design qualification with 4+ years of UK-based experience.
Proficiency in Revit is essential.
Ideally, experience in commercial, data center, or life sciences projects.
Strong technical proficiency with experience across RIBA stages preferred.
