Your Role:
As a lead Architect, you will be responsible for managing a varied workload and leading projects across multiple sectors. Your strong organisational and leadership skills will ensure successful project delivery, while your positive team-playing attitude will foster a collaborative environment. You will bring proactiveness and self-motivation, taking initiative where required.
 
What You Bring:

• Minimum four years’ post-ARB registration working experience in the UK.
• Excellent conceptual and design skills with an aesthetic flair.
• A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• Strong construction knowledge and contract administration experience.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with clients and consultant teams.
• Proven leadership and mentoring skills.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Understanding of Adobe software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365.
• Understanding of BIM concepts, workflows, and collaboration.
• Good hand sketching skills.
