Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage aviation projects from concept through to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Develop detailed design and construction drawings using Revit.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including clients, consultants, and contractors, to deliver high-quality aviation facilities.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in aviation design.
- Incorporate sustainable design principles and innovative solutions into projects.
Requirements:
- ARB-registered Architect with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience.
- Proven experience in aviation projects, including airport terminals, hangars, and related facilities.
- Proficiency in Revit is essential.
- Strong design and technical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience in client-facing roles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
- Knowledge of current aviation industry standards and regulations.
