As an Architect in our Manchester hub, your role will be dynamic and rewarding, allowing you to take the lead on exciting residential projects. You’ll collaborate with consultants, contractors, and clients, using your creative skills to develop unique design concepts, detailed drawings, and precise specifications. Proficiency in Revit and a deep understanding of UK codes and regulations are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading collaboration with project teams, consultants, contractors, and clients
• Developing innovative design concepts, detailed drawings, and specifications
• Ensuring compliance with UK building codes and regulations
• Bringing designs to life through Revit and other software tools

Requirements:

• Qualified Architect (RIBA, ARB, or equivalent)
