About the Opportunity:
A global architectural design leader is seeking a talented Architect to join their London studio’s Design Delivery Unit. This role is ideal for a mid-level architect ready to bring their technical expertise to major projects in the Defence, Education, Mixed-Use, Residential, and Workplace sectors. Working from RIBA Stage 3 onwards, you will collaborate with contractors, developers, and concept architects to deliver complex, large-scale projects with precision and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate project work packages from RIBA Stage 3 onwards, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design standards
Collaborate closely with contractors, developers, and concept architects to deliver high-quality, complex projects
Apply your expertise in Revit, NBS Chorus, and Affinity to create detailed, compliant architectural designs
Demonstrate a strong understanding of UK building systems, regulations, and construction types
Present design concepts and technical details both verbally and visually, using software and hand drawing skills
Specialize in areas such as envelope design, fire stopping, sustainability, and automation, bringing added value to projects
Required Skills & Qualifications:
RIBA, ARB, or equivalent registered architect with experience working within the UK Building Regulations
Advanced proficiency in Revit (essential) and NBS Building systems
Highly skilled in software applications, including Microsoft Office and Affinity Suite
Strong verbal and visual presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and design teams
Extensive experience working on large-scale projects, particularly from RIBA Stage 3 onwards
Experience coordinating complex work packages across various sectors, including Defence, Education, and Mixed-Use
