Architect / Senior Architect

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 -10 years’ experience with good design skills, contract administration and/or project management (higher or lower levels of experience may be considered for the roles of Associate or Architectural Assistant);
• Registered Architect in Macau, HK or equivalent;
• Skills in V-Ray, Revit / BIM or Rhino Grasshopper;
• Familiar with Macau building codes and International Building Codes is an advantage;
• Coordinate with clients, contractors and consultants;
• Able to handle full set design/construction drawings and specifications;
• Well organized, self-disciplined and able to work under pressure independently;
• Strong verbal and writing communication skills;
• Fluency in written and spoken English; fluency in Cantonese and/or Putonghua is an advantage;
• Travel to HK / Macau / PRC would be required;
• Candidate to be based in Zhuhai Hengqin.
