What You Will DoManage communication between project team, client, vendors, contractors, and consultantsResolve complex technical and design issues with team to produce innovative technical/constructible solutions Direct production of drawings, specifications, and construction administration tasksResponsible for oversight and delivery of documents with design intent and top-notch technical qualityResolves complex technical/design issues and detailing and provides guidance and mentorship to teamMaintain and oversee the project manual and specificationsConduct on-site observations and document site reviewsInterface with building and permitting officials during the permitting and construction phases of the projectActively participate and contribute to the financial performance of projectReview and contribute to proposals and contracts with Project ManagerEnsure projects conform to contractActively leading teams for successful delivery of projectsManaging client expectations, team communication and oversight of consultant coordinationContribute to office activities, initiatives and learning programsEstablish and maintain ongoing, productive client relationshipsYour QualificationsRegistered Architect requiredBachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited school required10+ years of related experience, including demonstrated success as a project architect on range of project typesRevit experience requiredFull knowledge of architectural principles/practicesWorking knowledge of building codes, standards and building structuresExperience with the entire project lifecycle and design process through post-occupancyFlexibility to focus on concurrent projects in various stages of developmentA quick learner with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environmentExcellent written + verbal communication and management skills to include leadership, organization, and client relationship management skillsWell-rounded, strategic thinker with an integrated approach to design, management, and technical project resolution who can help shape a vision for the future Please upload your portfolio/work samples along with your resume. *This is not a remote position.
