Leverage your industry experience and technical acumen to drive client projects from concept through build. What You Will DoProvide technical guidance and innovative solutions to resolve complex technical and design challengesSupport communication between project team, clients, vendors, contractors, consultants, and building and permitting officialsMaintain project manual and specificationsConduct and document site visits, process submittals, substitution requests, and RFI’s during constructionYour QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in ArchitectureLicensed or registered architect required5+ years of experience in a commercial design firm, that must include commercial interiors4+ years of experience working in RevitExperience with Bluebeam Revu, SketchUp, 3dMax, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), and MS Office.Working knowledge of building codes, standards, building construction, and building structuresApplications without portfolios will not be considered.**The base salary range will be estimated between $85-100k plus bonuses and benefits and contingent on relevant experience.
