ABOUT THIS ROLE This position works under the direction of a licensed architect and will be an integral part of multi-disciplinary design teams. WHAT YOU WILL DO Coordinating interior space planning and architecture project development from schematic design through construction documents including performing 3-D modeling and rendering using Revit, Rhino, SketchUp and Enscape Developing master plans Coordinating existing building scanning Developing procurement and construction documents Conducting materials and code research Assisting in Construction Administration Developing schematic, design development & construction document drawings Creating 3D animations using Enscape. ABOUT YOUR QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field required Must have 1 years’ experience in the following areas: Coordinating interior space planning and architecture project development from schematic design through construction documents including performing 3-D modeling and rendering using Revit, Rhino, SketchUp and Enscape Developing master plans Coordinating existing building scanning Developing procurement and construction documents Conducting materials and code research Assisting in Construction Administration Developing schematic, design development & construction document drawings Creating 3D animations using Enscape. The salary range for this position to be filled in our Los Angeles, CA office is $70,000 to $80,000 per year. Employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
