ABOUT THIS ROLE This position works under the direction of a licensed architect and will be an integral part of multi-disciplinary design teams. WHAT YOU WILL DO Coordinating architecture project development from conceptual design through construction administration for commercial facilities including performing 3-D modeling, 3D animation and rendering using Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, Enscape & 3DS Max Performing parametric modeling using Rhino & Grasshopper Developing procurement & construction documents Conducting materials & code research Assisting in Construction Administration Developing schematic, design development & construction document drawings & models Preparing architectural presentations for clients & municipalities using Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, & Premier Pro ABOUT YOUR QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field required Must have 4 years’ experience in the following areas: Coordinating architecture project development from conceptual design through construction administration for commercial facilities including performing 3-D modeling, 3D animation and rendering using Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, Enscape & 3DS Max Performing parametric modeling using Rhino & Grasshopper Developing procurement & construction documents Conducting materials & code research Assisting in Construction Administration Developing schematic, design development & construction document drawings & models Preparing architectural presentations for clients & municipalities using Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, & Premier Pro Position is under Architectural Designer for San Diego, CA under Job ID SDARCHIIG523. The salary range for this position to be filled in our San Diego, CA office is $70,000 to $80,000 per year.  Employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
