About the Role
As an Architectural Technologist, you will play a key role in delivering technical design solutions and construction drawings for a range of ambitious projects. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical acumen and creativity, alongside proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. You’ll collaborate with a diverse team, contributing to the practice’s signature projects from Stage 3 through to Stage 4, and will be instrumental in ensuring compliance with NHBC standards and UK Building Regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD and Revit, ensuring precision and compliance.
• Lead the production of Stage 3 and Stage 4 working drawing packages for project delivery.
• Apply a deep understanding of UK Building Regulations and NHBC standards in your work.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Work both independently and within a wider team to meet deadlines with a committed, flexible approach.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of technical and construction design experience.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Strong working knowledge of UK Building Regulations and NHBC standards.
• Preferably an associate membership with CIAT.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and punctuality.
