About the Practice
A highly regarded architectural studio known for its expertly delivered commercial projects is seeking a technically accomplished Architectural Technologist to join its office team. Working on landmark workplace schemes, the practice combines rigorous technical standards with a culture that celebrates collaboration, personal development, and design quality.
The Role
This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of technical delivery across RIBA Stages 3 to 5 for major office developments. You’ll play a key role in transforming design concepts into coordinated, construction-ready documentation while collaborating with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to bring high-quality workspaces to life.
Key Responsibilities
Produce and oversee detailed technical drawings and specifications using Revit
Lead the development of construction packages and regulatory submissions
Coordinate with consultants, clients, and site teams to ensure seamless technical execution
Resolve site-based technical queries and uphold design integrity through delivery
Apply deep knowledge of commercial construction detailing and workplace standards
Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, fire safety, and DDA requirements
What You’ll Bring
Degree in Architectural Technology (CIAT accreditation preferred)
5+ years' experience in delivering commercial or workplace schemes
Advanced Revit proficiency and expertise in BIM coordination
Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations and commercial fit-out detailing
Strong communication and project coordination skills
A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a focus on buildability and performance
