Position Overview

As an Associate, you will be responsible for leading a project team in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment and ensuring the successful delivery of projects as well as the financial management of projects. You will lead design development, review & presentation using drawings, physical & virtual models and collaborate with other disciplines to produce fully coordinated project information including BIM models, drawings, schedules and specifications.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualifications
• Minimum 10 Years of experience from concept through design development and construction documentation
• Experience in large scale, luxury, 5-star mixed use development will be an advantage
• Familiarity with statutory submissions and controls, along with a strong understanding of local regulations and codes
• Proficient in BIM (Revit Architecture), Bluebeam and Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign)
• Ability to self-develop and build colleagues to enhance team potential
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Other professional certifications such as GMAP or GMAAP and UD Assessor will be an advantage
