Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage data centre and infrastructure projects from concept through to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Develop detailed design and construction drawings using Revit.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including clients, consultants, and contractors, to deliver high-quality infrastructure solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in data centre design.
• Incorporate sustainable design principles and innovative solutions into projects.

Requirements:

• ARB-registered Architect with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience.
• Proven experience in data centre and infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in Revit is essential.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience in client-facing roles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
