Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage data centre and infrastructure projects from concept through to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Develop detailed design and construction drawings using Revit.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including clients, consultants, and contractors, to deliver high-quality infrastructure solutions.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in data centre design.
Incorporate sustainable design principles and innovative solutions into projects.
Requirements:
ARB-registered Architect with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience.
Proven experience in data centre and infrastructure projects.
Proficiency in Revit is essential.
Strong design and technical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience in client-facing roles.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
Knowledge of current industry standards and regulations related to data centres and infrastructure.
